What is a "Contact Modality"?
The “Contact Modalities” encompass a broad range of techniques aimed at facilitating communication and connection with non-physical entities “beyond the veil,” including non-human intelligence, higher consciousness, multidimensional realms, and the Divine. These methods allow human consciousness to transcend the physical, access deeper layers of reality, explore our spiritual nature, and connect with energies beyond our everyday experience.
The practices combine spiritual, psychological, and scientific approaches, broadening human awareness and perception. By Xploring these Modalities we enable ourselves to tap into the true power within ourselves.
In The Mind of God: A Spiritual-Virtual Reality Model of Consciousness & The Contact Modalities, Rey Hernandez presents the idea that contact modalities—which include phenomena like near-death experiences (NDEs), out-of-body experiences (OBEs), UFO contact, and remote viewing—are all interconnected through consciousness. He argues that these experiences are not separate physical events but are instead part of a unified, consciousness-based phenomenon.
