Xhibitor hours are:
Friday, May 1st 9am-4pm
Saturday, May 2nd 9am-4pm
Sunday, May 3rd 9am-4pm
Basic Xhibitor tables are available which includes an 8 ft table skirted to the floor and 2 chairs. For tables with power, add $50.00. Standard 110 volt power is available (extension cords are the responsibility of the vendor). Xhibit table rental does not include drayage, decoration, labor or security services.
BALLROOM Xhibitor Package- Vendor location just outisde the Geneva Grand Ballroom doors. High traffic area located in between entrance to conference center, Ticketing booth and the Geneva Ballroom where all the main presentations are conducted. You will recieve: Basic 8 ft Table, plus logo with link on the website, plus inclusion in a minimum of (1) social media post, 3 day pass for (1) person. (May purchase a second 3 day pass for an employee for 30% off...total is $251.09 with tax) - $444
LOUNGE Xhibitor Package- Vendor location in The Liminal Lounge, a separate room directly next door to the Geneva Grand Ballroom. Close to the action. You will recieve: Basic 8 ft Table, plus logo with link on the website, plus inclusion in a minimum of (1) social media post, 3 day pass for (1) person. (May purchase a second 3 day pass for an employee for 30% off...total is $251.09 with tax) - $333
XTRA Xhibitor Package - Premium vendor location just outside of Geneva Grand Ballroom doors; plus ad/link on the website; featured in a minimum of (4) social media posts, plus the ability to conduct a (:60) minute lecture/workshop in a private breakout room, be listed on the Daily Agenda, and 3 day passes for (2) people - $1528

Must provide your own professionally printed signage. (no handwritten) For extra tables and services, or upgraded booth space, please email your request to the email below.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your booth. Balance will be due March 20th...For contract information, to make a deposit and book your booth, send an email to Zach at CMXvendor@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy for Xhibitors:
- 90+ Days Before the Event: Xhibitors are eligible for a 90% refund.
- 60 to 90 Days Before the Event: Xhibitors may receive a 60% refund.
- 30 to 60 Days Before the Event: Refunds drop to 30%.
- Within 30 Days of the Event: No refunds are available.
